**Please note that like all human accessories, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their pup to wear.
Delivery Prices/Times
If you choose standard delivery, orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (please note during extremely busy periods this could exceed this time frame). The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is dispatched. Please note: Express Delivery is not available for Personalised Cases. If you are ordering other items, these will be dispatched immediately and the Personalised item will follow.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs for international deliveries. If you're based in the UAE and have a shipping forwarder in the UK, it is recommended to use your shipping forwarder for speedier delivery. All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail service.

Measure behind your dog’s front legs - around the widest part of his/her ribcage.
NECK
Measure just below where the collar would sit on your dog.
Collar Measurements
Get a soft measuring tape to measure your dog.
Measure your dog in a couple of places including the place on the neck where you want the collar to sit.
For accurate measurements, the general rule is to measure around the dog’s neck snugly.

The best we’ve come across!We’ve tried out plenty of harnesses/ leads etc. But either don’t fit comfortably on our dog or don’t last very long. Just by feeling the dog barns material you can tell it’s amazing quality. I’ve also ordered a hoodie, fleece and beanie hat for myself and in love! The fleece is my favourite!
