Delivery Prices/Times
If you choose standard delivery, orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (please note during extremely busy periods this could exceed this time frame). The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is dispatched. Please note: Express Delivery is not available for Personalised Cases. If you are ordering other items, these will be dispatched immediately and the Personalised item will follow.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs for international deliveries. If you're based in the UAE and have a shipping forwarder in the UK, it is recommended to use your shipping forwarder for speedier delivery. All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail service.
Sherpa Measurements
Please note this size guide is a guide only as will vary slightly for different breeds/individual dogs.
Back Length - Measure from the collar to base of the tail in CM.
Neck - Measure around your dogs neck at collar height in CM.
Chest - Measure all the way around your dogs chest just behind the front legs in CM.
Please ensure your dog is stood still and not curled or hunched up and the tape measure is not loose when measuring.
The Chest is the most important measurement as you need to make sure the zip can be done up

The best we’ve come across!We’ve tried out plenty of harnesses/ leads etc. But either don’t fit comfortably on our dog or don’t last very long. Just by feeling the dog barns material you can tell it’s amazing quality. I’ve also ordered a hoodie, fleece and beanie hat for myself and in love! The fleece is my favourite!
